1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 DouLaunch Chrome 扩展。DouLaunch 用于在电脑版抖音页面中读取当前内容，协助用户配置并通过 Flap、Four.meme 或 Genius.fun 在 BNB Smart Chain（BSC）创建代币及提交相关交易。
2. 我们处理的数据
抖音页面内容当前视频的标题、页面链接以及用户主动选取的当前视频帧，用于预填代币资料。
用户输入代币名称、符号、社媒与官网链接、图片、交易对、税收和 Dev 操作参数。
钱包与网络设置用户导入的私钥、钱包备注、RPC 地址及扩展设置。私钥使用用户密码派生的密钥在本地加密保存。
区块链数据钱包公开地址、签名交易、交易哈希、链上余额与合约交互结果。
3. 数据用途
- 在侧边栏中自动填充代币资料和当前抖音链接；
- 处理用户选择、上传或截取的代币图片；
- 保存本地偏好、平台参数、RPC 配置和加密后的钱包；
- 向用户选择的发行平台请求创建参数、上传素材并提交创建或交易请求；
- 通过 BSC RPC 查询链上状态、估算交易、广播签名交易并显示结果。
DouLaunch 仅在实现用户主动选择的功能所需范围内处理上述数据。
4. 本地存储与私钥
扩展使用 Chrome 本地存储保存设置、表单草稿、钱包备注及加密后的钱包数据。钱包密码用于在本地派生加密密钥；明文私钥不会写入开发者服务器。除非用户主动清除扩展数据或卸载扩展，本地数据可能持续保留。
用户应自行保管原始私钥和密码。DouLaunch 无法找回遗失的密码或私钥。
5. 数据共享与第三方服务
当用户使用对应功能时，DouLaunch 可能直接从浏览器向以下服务发送必要数据：
- 抖音：读取当前页面可见内容及用户选择的视频画面；
- Flap、Four.meme、Genius.fun：提交公开代币资料、图片、钱包公开地址和创建参数；
- BSC RPC 服务：默认使用 PancakeSwap MEV Guard RPC，也可使用用户配置的 RPC，以读取链上数据和广播交易；
- 图片存储服务：在平台流程需要时，将用户选择的代币图片及公开元数据上传至平台指定服务或用户配置的 Pinata 服务。
这些第三方会按其各自条款和隐私政策处理数据。已经上传至第三方的内容，其保留与删除规则由该第三方决定。
6. 公开且不可撤销的数据
BSC 上的公开地址、交易、合约调用和已发布代币资料可能永久公开且无法由 DouLaunch 删除。请在签名前核对所有内容。
7. 浏览器权限
- storage：在本地保存设置、草稿和加密钱包；
- activeTab：仅在用户触发时读取当前标签页或截取当前可见画面；
- sidePanel：在浏览器侧边栏中提供 DouLaunch 操作界面；
- contextMenus：提供右键菜单入口；
- 主机权限：访问抖音、发行平台、图片服务及用户选择的 HTTPS RPC/API，以完成用户请求的功能。
8. 数据出售、广告与分析
DouLaunch 不出售、出租或交易个人信息；不将数据用于定向广告；不使用第三方广告或行为分析 SDK。
9. 用户控制
用户可以在扩展内修改或删除钱包及设置，也可以通过 Chrome 的扩展数据管理功能清除本地数据，或卸载扩展。链上记录以及已经发送给第三方平台的数据不受本地删除操作影响。
10. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
DouLaunch 对从 Chrome API 获得的信息的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use 要求。
11. 儿童隐私与政策更新
DouLaunch 不面向儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。政策发生重大变化时，本页面将更新版本和生效日期。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the DouLaunch Chrome extension. DouLaunch reads the current desktop Douyin page to help users configure tokens and submit creation or related transactions on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) through Flap, Four.meme, or Genius.fun.
2. Data We Process
- Current Douyin video title, page URL, and a video frame selected by the user.
- Token name, symbol, social and website links, image, trading pair, tax settings, and developer trading settings entered by the user.
- Imported private key, local wallet label, RPC address, and extension preferences. Private keys are encrypted locally with a key derived from the user's password.
- Public wallet addresses, signed transactions, transaction hashes, balances, and contract interaction results.
3. How We Use Data
DouLaunch uses this data to prefill token details, process the image selected or captured by the user, store local preferences and encrypted wallets, request creation parameters from the selected launch platform, and query or broadcast transactions through a BSC RPC endpoint. Processing is limited to the features the user chooses to use.
4. Local Storage and Private Keys
Chrome local storage holds settings, form drafts, wallet labels, and encrypted wallet data. The wallet password derives an encryption key locally. Plaintext private keys are not sent to a developer-operated server. Local data may remain until the user clears extension data or uninstalls the extension. Users must keep their original keys and passwords; DouLaunch cannot recover them.
5. Third-Party Services
When a corresponding feature is used, the extension may send necessary data directly from the browser to Douyin; Flap, Four.meme, or Genius.fun; the default PancakeSwap MEV Guard BSC RPC or a user-configured RPC; and a platform-designated image service or a user-configured Pinata service. Public token metadata, selected images, public wallet addresses, and transaction parameters may be included. Each third party processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Public Blockchain Data
Public addresses, transactions, contract calls, and published token information on BSC may be permanent and cannot be deleted by DouLaunch. Review all information before signing.
7. Chrome Permissions
- storage stores settings, drafts, and encrypted wallet data locally.
- activeTab accesses the active page or captures its visible area only after a user action.
- sidePanel provides the DouLaunch interface in Chrome's side panel.
- contextMenus provides a right-click entry point.
- Host permissions connect to Douyin, launch platforms, image services, and user-selected HTTPS RPC/API endpoints to perform requested features.
8. Sale, Advertising, and Analytics
DouLaunch does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, does not use data for targeted advertising, and does not include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.
9. User Controls
Users can change or remove wallets and settings in the extension, clear extension data through Chrome, or uninstall the extension. These actions do not remove public blockchain records or data already provided to third-party platforms.
10. Chrome Web Store Limited Use
DouLaunch's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Children and Changes
DouLaunch is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version and effective date on this page.
